Leslie Faught is a full time REALTOR® with Compass, and proudly serves her clients throughout the East Bay.
For more than 25 years, Leslie’s career has always revolved around serving people in the real estate industry. She is dedicated to partnering with her clients and achieving their real estate goals from their first meeting, through the home buying and selling process, and after the transaction is completed. Prior to her career as a REALTOR®, Leslie was a Platinum Affiliate with the Bay East Association of REALTORS® as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the title insurance and escrow industry. Her vast experience in the transaction process helps insure a smooth and positive experience for her clients and demonstrates why she keeps her clients for life and obtaining most of her business through referrals.
Real estate continuing education, involvement and knowledge of market trends are important to Leslie to continue to best serve her clients, which is why she is in the top 5% of her profession.

Leadership, Service, and Community Involvement
Since 2014, Leslie has served on the Bay East Association of REALTORS® Local Government Relations Committee. Purpose. In accordance with the Strategic Plan, to identify, develop and oversee programs that enhance the Association’s relationships with the communities, governments and other “publics” within the areas served by the Association.
Since 2016, Leslie has served on the Political Activities Committee. (PAC) The purpose of PAC is to monitor the local political environment; interview candidates running for local elected offices; recommend candidate endorsements to the Board of Directors; and build and maintain relationships with elected officials.
Leslie has been on the board of directors for The Pleasanton Rose Show for the past 13 years. It is held at the Pleasanton senior center the Saturday of Mother’s Day weekend. This show is dubbed “the people’s show” because anyone can enter their homegrown roses. This wonderful community event brings generations together and proceeds go to Feed Tri-Valley. Feed Tri-Valley began as a collaboration among the cities of Pleasanton, Livermore and Dublin, Tri-Valley Haven, Open Heart Kitchen, Interfaith Sharing and the Valley Bible Church. Together, Tri-Valley charities have provided assistance to over 775 households and served over 25,000 meals each month. Feed Tri-Valley focuses on raising awareness on the epidemic of hunger in local communities and encouraging citizens to donate food for those who cannot afford a meal.
In her spare time Leslie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, gardening…roses of course ☺, playing bocce ball and wine tasting.
